Each chakra holds a different piece of who you are. Together, they tell your whole story.
Fear about survival and stability lives here. When you're ungrounded, scattered, or feeling like nothing is secure — this is where to look first.
The water chakra — all about movement, ease, and fertility (literal and metaphorical). Creative blocks and relationship frustration both live here. This is one of the most transformative chakras to work with, and it's also the one that causes the most confusion.
The fire center — where we hold our sense of self, our boundaries, and our need for external validation. When this is strong, you can handle almost anything. When it's weak, one unkind comment can knock you sideways.
It's the bridge between your lower and upper chakras. Most of us are much better at giving love than receiving it, and working with this chakra can help you understand how truly worthy you are of so much love. Everything runs through the heart chakra, so it's even more important to keep it strong.
This one works in both directions — speaking your truth AND genuinely hearing others. Both of these skills are so important while creating a life you love.

Rainbow Journey is experiential. You'll create, practice, journal, and play. Here's what that looks like:
Paint your own chakra talisman rock. Build an intention jar that grows alongside you. Use collage, color, and journaling to process what's coming up — no artistic experience required.
Learn a chakra-specific spread for each energy center. Use cards as a diagnostic tool: when something feels off, pull cards to find where in your system to look, and what to do about it.
Open and clear each chakra through in-depth meditation and energy healing. Learn to check in with your own energy system and know what to do when something feels stuck.
Specific crystal recommendations for each chakra. Learn how to use color, stones, and affirmations to strengthen each chakra. Plus, you won't just learn from me. We'll go over how to trust your own intuition in choosing what's right for you.
The more we've worked with our chakras, the more deeply we know them. It becomes second nature to clear and call in peace when things feel hard. It's like you have an internal switch you can use to turn off the negativity and anxiety.
